I. Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

The Supervisor, Services and Operations oversees the coordination and continuous improvement of person-centered services for individuals who are Deafblind. The incumbent focuses on operational leadership, service coordination, and service support, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery aligned with organizational standards.

The Supervisor, Services and Operations will provide mentorship, guidance, and functional direction to frontline staff.

The incumbent will help to identify service trends, resolve operational issues, and enhance service effectiveness while promoting accessibility, empowerment, and community inclusion.
