Supervisor Responsibilities

. Set goals for performanceand deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision andcommunicate them to subordinates

. Organize workflow and ensurethat employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

. Monitor employee productivityand provide constructive feedback and coaching

. Receive complaints and resolveproblems

. Maintain timekeeping andpersonnel records

. Pass on information from uppermanagement to employees and vice versa

. Prepare and submit performancereports

. Decide on reward and promotionbased on performance

. Hire and train new employees

. Ensure adherence to legal andcompany policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the needarises

Requirements

. Proven experience assupervisor or relevant role

. Familiarity with companypolicies and legal guidelines of the field
