Job Description
Supervisor SCT Inside Sales Support Your Responsibilities Lead, manage, coach, and train the Sales Support team to ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee daily support functions such as tender management, quotations, Opportunity creation (Spot, Tender, Rate sheet) Sea, Air, LCL & FCL
Ensure timely and accurate processing of tender, quotes, rates, and documentation
Generate sales and performance reports
Participate in meetings, calls etc. Coordinate with Leschaco Sales and with the system administrator
Support other tasks as assigned by Manager
About the role
This position focuses on team leadership and logistics sales process management to ensure operational excellence. You will play a key role in coaching the Sales Support team, overseeing tender, quotation, and opportunity management, and driving data accuracy to support our global sales goals.
