Job Description

As the Supervisor - Sales Operations, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing the Sales Operations team to ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities. You will collaborate with Managers of Sales Operations and Sales leaders to overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations they support.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises sales operations team members to ensure customer quotes, orders, deliveries, and inquiries are met in a timely manner.
  • Supports the sales process by working with various internal departments to coordinate selling opportunities for assigned accounts.
  • Follows-up with sales representatives and technical specialists, updates the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and provides follow-up communication to internal and external customers.
