You review scopes, adjust plans on the fly, and make sure every detail aligns with company and IICRC standards. You stay connected with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, solving problems early and keeping communication clear and consistent. You lead by example, coaching your team, reinforcing safe work practices, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Your leadership, energy, and commitment to excellence turn plans into results and ensure every project ends with success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or a related field
