Job Description

OVERVIEW

• To supervise and control the activities at the Online Packing section.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all packing workers perform their jobs according to the written work instruction.
• Place packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.
• Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
• Handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group Leaders.
• Check and review all checklists and reports by Group Leader and below in a timely manner.
• Assist Executive/Engineer/Senior Executive/Engineer in organizing and planning the work in online and final packing area.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders and other support operators.
• Ensure packing procedure and packing method are implemented and practiced. <...
