夜班生產主任

- Molex is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our CFPA production team. In this role, as a successful candidate, you will be leading the night shift production operation, managing line leaders and operators, and driving for efficiency improvement. You will co-work with the production team, PE team and PMC team to drive for operation excellence in S (safety), Q (Quality), P (Productivity), DM (Daily Management).

  • 監控及改善標準/實際工時,分析生產數據,進而改善生產效率
  • Establish and improve standard man-hour/ machine-hour review and feedback system
  • Review standard man/machine hour periodically, identify gaps and propose improvement actions
  • Production data recording and analysis
  • 提升製造產能,降低生產成本: 確保依循SOP生產,監督產出效率與生產成本
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
