Duties & Responsibilities
- Define the master plan in the short and medium term based on the current demands and forecast established by the Demand Planning & Product Manager
- Develop and implement talent development plans that include regular performance reviews, leadership identification, and development within the team
- Provide training to all personal that need to use or made transaction on the system
- Provide analysis and support to ongoing and new planning technology initiatives
- Guides users in a technical & functional way
- Collaborate with other functional areas to improve planning processes, including Manufacturing, Customer Care, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and Product Line Management
