The Payroll Supervisor – US is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of US payroll processing across multiple businesses/payroll areas. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery in adherence with US federal laws. The supervisor provides subject-matter expertise on US payroll regulations, manages statutory requirements, supports audits, and drives process improvements. A key component of this role isto lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists & SME to ensure high-quality service, operational consistency, and a strong culture of accountability and performance.
