+ Supervise and coach drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure operational excellence.
+ Monitor performance metrics such as on-time departures, route compliance, and incident reporting.
+ Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and daily records.
+ Assist with dispatching as needed and reconcile previous day deposits.
+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
+ Support additional tasks such as road checks, routing, training, payroll, and administrative duties.
