Overview

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreperson to join our high‑performing Contracting team in Nelson. The role involves leading a team, delivering work within scope, and coordinating people, plant and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public on all sites.
• Co‑ordinate resources to safely and efficiently complete planned work.
• Supervise projects in a profitable and efficient manner, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Provide on‑site leadership and effective service delivery with customers and stakeholders.
• Encourage growth and development of team and crews.
• Perform any other duties or projects reasonably requested.
