One of the largest roles of the supervisor’s job is managing the operations of the business. This includes the day-to-day operations of the business, Maintaining the stock for coffee beans and syrups, plus the packaging items, to monitoring the quality of food and beverages served, plus maintaining the sequence of service standards, handling guest complain, attention to details, implementing monthly training plan for the employees and daily follow up on upselling competition and the employees sales report, assist and coach the employees to achieve their daily and monthly sales targets. As the Supervisor, the role is to ensure the operations of the business are running smoothly and efficiently under the general guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager and within the limits of established Sand Hills policies.
