Control and oversee quality of products.
Perform basic production and maintenance tasks.
Control dayshift tools and equipment
Monitor process, conduct inspections and rectify sub-standard performance / conditions.
Prepare mining pump stations
Manage earth moving equipment

An optimised team structure is manned by staff that is motivated, empowered and lead by sound performance management and transformational leadership practices.
Promote teamwork, provide support and manage performance by creating and maintaining individual development plans of subordinates.
Assume responsibility for managing manpower, efficient resource allocation, declaration of competence and reduction of operating cost
