Supervisor

A Port Operation Supervisor is to provide direct supervision to site support staff, manage device inventory address issues/problems on site and provided summary reports to management

• Plans, directs and maintains an efficient inventory operations.
• Perform pre-arming activities such as charging, initialization and GPS connectivity test.
• Provide on-site support to BOC personnel.
• Document all issues/problems encountered
• Escalate issue/problems that cannot be resolved by the Port Operations Group.
• Provide summary reports for completed trips and containers with alert status.
• Perform all other duties that maybe assigned by his/her supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering , science or information technology or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• High Level of business management and facilitation skills.
