Supervisor, Marketing Cisco Lac

**Job Purpose**:
The person in this role will be responsible for driving readiness, lead execution and focus to drive digital transformation of the marketing function for the country.
This role will be in charge of training, on-boarding and leading the ground specialist team to be aligned in the execution profession and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive consistent planning & execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet targeted business objectives and ROI.
- Support the development of full funnel marketing plans across all brands in country.
- Actively develops new processes and consistency that drives execution success for country.
- Uphold corporate compliance in all marketing execution.
