Job Description

:

  • Read, review, and understand the Job Cards, SOPs, WI, and shop floor packets before starting the job
  • Assign associates/personnel to the production lines/stations
  • Check and verify all components against the Job Card are accurate per production lines/stations
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and be a motivator of people
  • Be dependable and show initiative to improve the overall production process and/or output
  • Be responsible for day-to-day operations on the production floor and provide production status updates to the production supervisor regularly throughout the shift
  • Create and maintain a clean, safe working environment for all employees
  • Be detail and quality-oriented and demonstrate knowledge and experience in cGMPs
  • Create releases of PRs for NDC, SMV, AFFY, and Export. Verify all coded information (Product Description, Lot Numbers, Exp Date, Product Number) on the Job Card, product, and Product label are correct...
