The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production and assigns the work of production employees. They prioritize work, motivate and actively develops the production team to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.



Responsibilities:

Assign and supervise the work of production employees to meet all quality requirements and production schedules

Oversee daily production to ensure production schedules are met

Motivate production team to ensure goals are met

Ensure employees are trained on production procedures and practices

Maintain production records for production counts and standard hours

Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained

Follow established safety, quality and production improvement goals

Schedule and review the work of other employees
