Supervisor - Manufacturing

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the motivation, coaching and leading in the supervision of manufacturing associates. Execution of production efficiency standards, company policies, guidelines and production documentation that support daily operations.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Assists in developing and achieving dept. goals, metrics, objectives, and performance. Partners with manager to complete the Performance Management Process, establishing annual goals, and formally evaluating performance within established company timeframes. Provides salary increase input to Leaders on direct reports. Utilizes recognition tools to reward outstanding associates. Builds relationships and maintains ongoing rapport with associates and internal/external customers.
