Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coaching a group of hourly associates in overseeing maintenance of distribution facilities, including conveyor, sortation, and other equipment repairs and maintenance within a state-of-the-art, high-technology distribution center. As well responsible for supporting the transition to omni-channel fulfillment processing.

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Maintenance
SUPERVISES: Technicians levels of 1 through 4

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure customer service, quality, and safety standards are met in an efficient and innovative manner; partner with all departments to address issues, where needed
  • Direct preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyor and material handling equipment, electrical diagnosis and repair, facility maintenance and repair, and general construction
