Job Description

The primary function of the Supervisor, Maintenance Operations is to guide and mentor the Maintenance Operations, CSR team. Together, this team provides a superior level of service to our Drivers and Operations groups as they manage events that occur over the road. The Supervisor, Maintenance Operations upholds corporate policy, procedure, direction, and culture. They ensure program objectives/goals are met by building a strong, engaged team. Keys to success are effective written and verbal communication, cultivation of internal and external relationships and providing solid leadership, supervision, and support. This individual has a drive for results with a positive attitude and a team spirit that is contagious.
