Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Logistics Team responsible for Warehouse, Kitting, Goods Receiving, Dispatch and Parts Movement, advising on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvements in collaboration with internal departments.

• Ensure full compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental, quality, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead workforce planning by assigning resources, managing vacation schedules, monitoring labor efficiency, and ensuring the availability of required skills to meet operational demands.
