Supervisor Junior de Producción ( Ensamble Electrónicos 2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Monitor production plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution in alignment with quality objectives and deadlines.
• Ensure that department personnel possess the necessary training (Training Matrix) to perform their duties.
• Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality, leveraging reward and recognition channels to foster desired behaviors and results.
• Assess machinery and equipment resources to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime.
• Determine daily requirements for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong command of conversational English (advanced level).
