Description

We are looking for an IMSS Supervisor, an in-house expert on Mexican Social Security regulations which is needed with regards to the recently launched labour reform requiring digital platform to pay social security contributions for drivers and couriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the IMSS and INFONAVIT contribution calculations.
• Supervise the daily process of registrations ensuring 100% adherence to deadlines.
• Establish and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the IMSS registration and contributions cycle.
• Design and execute internal audit protocols to ensure the accuracy of all IMSS submissions and contribution payments as well as assist with data during the IMSS Dictamen process (certified opinion).
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex IMSS issues.
