Supervisor, Import Export

What you will do in this role
Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, FDA regulations, company policies, and other applicable regulations.
Serve as a key leader of the Import/Export Team and contribute to the development of annual goals and objectives for Supply Chain; use these to set your Key Performance Goals/Targets.
Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions laid out in your training plan.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols.
Lead the import/export team, promoting talent through individual growth plans and organizational succession planning.
Provide support for internal and external audits to ensure full compliance with foreign trade regulations and programs.
