The Supervisor I position at Netsync is an essential leadership role focused primarily on the installation of network hardware infrastructure across educational and professional environments. This is a hands-on installation-focused role that supports day-to-day oversight of field technicians and ensures the successful execution of all project deliverables. Candidates must possess strong field experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of structured cabling and network equipment installations.
The selected candidate will act as an assistant project coordinator (PC) and key liaison between the field teams and project leadership. This role includes mentoring by Supervisor III's and Area Supervisors, and is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to grow into more advanced leadership positions.
