Duties And Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.
- Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
- Liason with Head office: Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
