Supervisor, GBS Operations

The Supervisor, GBS Operations will have to manage and lead a team of documentation representatives / analysts to achieve high customer satisfaction. He/she will have to lead the team to achieve the productivity and quality to meet the requirements of the business service level agreement. He/she will also have to ensure that all individual processes are adhered to and monitored closely.

· Manages and leads an efficient and professional team who will exceed customer’s expectation

· Monitors and allocates resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellence

· Reviews and identifies customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional offices
