**Descripción del empleo****Activities**:- Constant communication with direct clients.
- Management of future projections.
- Personnel management.
- Control of shipments and receipts of materials.
- Control and management of storage of different products.
- Design and update of layout within the warehouse.
- Develop and manage KPIs within the work area.
- Management of B2B and B2C**Requirements**:- Industrial engineering, processes, manufacturing or similar.
- Conversational English 80% (Essential)- Experience in a fullfilment warehouse or similar- Personnel management (15 people minimum)- Knowledge of WSM system (Putaway, pickin and packing)- Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound processes.
