Role Overview The Fresh Production Supervisor will oversee fresh product manufacturing processes, staff performance, process control, output targets and compliance standards. The role is suited to someone with strong floor leadership who understands food manufacturing, production pressure and daily operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Supervise fresh production processes including mince, skinpack, MAP and value-added product lines.
