Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the maintenance staff for track surface management
• Ensure optimal surface conditions before and during races
• Create efficient daily work schedules for the team
• Address safety and operational issues immediately
• Interact with horsemen regarding surface conditions
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of racetrack surfaces and safety procedures
• 3-5 years of relevant field experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
