- Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes.

- Budget and manage spending for tooling, capital equipment and process changes for the plant.
- Implements and monitors world-class manufacturing practices.
- Ensures safe and ergonomic designs in machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001.
- Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Determines cycle times, personnel needs and related costs to provide information for company management decisions.
