As the Supervisor, Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR), you will play a critical leadership role in supporting safe, high-quality patient care at the University of Alberta Hospital. Reporting to site leadership, you will oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced MDR department that directly supports Surgical Services and other clinical programs.
This is an opportunity to lead a skilled team in a highly specialized environment where quality, safety, and compliance are paramount. You will contribute to operational excellence by advancing best practices in sterile processing, strengthening quality assurance processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
