WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of a busy catering environment focusing on team members roles
- Support daily operations
- Monitoring the training needs of the team and supporting where needed
- Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
- Work with the Location Manager's budgets; achieve and maintain Health & Safety and Food Standards in accordance with the budget and standards of BaxterStorey
- Develop and evolve all client’s services at the location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
- Complete weekly stock takes
- Take and manage event bookings where required
- Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure that all units are prepared for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the day.
