A Supervisor is needed for a local and very aspiring manufacturing company based in Dewsbury. The Supervisor position is permanent and a perfect opportunity for someone to develop their career.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • To ensure productivity, schedule adherence, and customer service requirements are met
  • Complete Ownership for all inventory
  • Ensuring that all loads are dispatched efficiently on time.
  • Ensuring the effective communication for production area
  • Actively drive through through continuous improvement

    • People Management

  • Ensure that every Team member is there on time for shift changeovers and breaks.
  • Process Staff time sheets
  • Ensure all Operatives are working to correct procedures and production levels.
