Qualifications
- Leads & coordinates all activities of analysis technicians necessary to support the fulfillment of the production schedule of the VS, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per control plan
- On the production analysis areas supervises staff; organizes and monitors workflow, assuring standards follow up.
- Language (Written and Oral): English Preferred - Basic
- Product & Process
- People administration and leadership
- Ergonomics
- Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin)
- Data analytics
- Customer Requirements
- Moderation and communication/negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning.
- Preferable 1 - 2 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- Tableau Dashboards interpretation
