About the Role
:The successful supervisor will take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery, leading teams on site and ensuring works are completed to agreed standards of quality, safety, and performance.
You will lead by example and promote a positive team culture. Ensuring strong relationships with clients and residents are ongoing by being proactive, organised, and results-driven.
You will:
Oversee and supervise housing maintenance activities across the contract
Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
Produce reports on performance, productivity, and operational activities
Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
Drive excellent customer service through professional engagement with residents and stakeholders
