As a Tim Hortons Supervisor , you encourage and guide your team members to deliver an amazing guest experience. You involve your team in reaching goals and standards. You will communicate with your team and always promote a welcoming and positive environment for not only the customers, but for your team members as well. Working as a supervisor, you carry skills that help you regulate floor control and assist in the training process for new and long-term employees. You excel in customer service and take pleasure in assisting every customer throughout the day. You will be assisting in managing all areas of the restaurant, including, storefront, drive through, sandwich station and kitchen.

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Post-secondary education is preferred
