+ Supervisor – Claims Operations

**Job Description/Responsibilities:**

+ This candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Claims processors.
+ This candidate will supervise the day-to-day operations activities, and assist in hiring, training, and reviewing performance of staff. Review, evaluate, and resolve inventory concerns.
+ Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
+ Responsible for managing and meeting key financial metrics across the team’s books of business
+ Meets operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying claim processing efficiencies and improvements.
