Duties And Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.
Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
Liason with Head office: Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate or College Level
Experience in Sales and Store operations
Experience in Supervisory or Leadership role
Customer Service oriented
Problem-Solving skills
