Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier coordination, inventory systems, and basic contract or outsourcing management.
  • Familiarity with product safety standards, proper storage practices, and inventory control procedures.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or Big seller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage suppliers, purchase orders, procurement, and outsourcing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services.
  • Coordinate receiving of inbound materials, verify quantity and quality, and ensure proper documentation and system recording.
