Workshop Operations Management Manage and oversee daily workshop operations, including job allocation, manpower planning, and scheduling.
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing tasks.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment and ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all company safety rules and regulatory requirements at all times to prevent accidents or incidents.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical guidance and support to workshop personnel.
Recommend and implement appropriate corrective measures for mechanical or operational issues.
