Responsabilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20 ) in the sorting area.

  • Be organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station.

  • Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.
