Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology environment during the evening shift.
  • Motivate and energize the workforce to achieve an optimal level of employee engagement.
  • Maintain key performance indicators including Health & Safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and productivity.
  • Assist with development and management of the budget and hiring.
  • Supervise shift changes and coordinate with other managers.
  • Host and participate in meetings with other managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering.
