Supermarket Store Manager – Waterford

Excel Recruitment on behalf of our client, a large and well-established supermarket, is currently seeking an experienced Supermarket Store Manager to lead a high-performing store in Waterford.

Salary: €70k plus bonus

This position will suit a Supermarket Store Manager with a proven background in high-volume retail, someone who leads from the front, enjoys accountability, and takes genuine pride in developing people while delivering consistent commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of this Supermarket Store Manager:

  • You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy supermarket, leading, motivating, and developing a large team of approximately 80 – 100 staff across management and colleague levels

  • You will manage and drive weekly store sales typically in the region of €400k, ensuring strong control over margins, costs, and overall profitability
