Position Overview

The Structual Superintendent is responsible for managing and supervising all field operations on heavy civil/structural projects such as a large-scale hurricane repair job to include pedestrian trail reconstruction, bridges, drainage etc. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and schedules. The Structural Superintendent serves as the primary leader in the field, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality results while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
