Superintendent - South Central

Position Overview

As a Superintendent, you serve as Kiewit’s on-site representative and primary point of contact for construction activities. You are responsible for managing communication between the client’s on-site representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, craft employees, and Kiewit personnel. Your role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite functions such as scheduling, material control, and the day-to-day direction of field personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality grading operations.

This position supports major infrastructure initiatives across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, where our teams are advancing projects that enable AI data centers, improve energy reliability, and strengthen community resilience. These efforts are driven by close collaboration between our Infrastructure and Power groups, with a shared focus on utility infrastructure development.
