We are seeking a proactive and highly qualified Technical Superintendent to join our offshore operations team in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will have a strong maritime background, exceptional strategic vision, and the technical expertise required to manage fleet operations, maintenance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Ensure vessels are in optimal working condition, properly maintained, and fully cleared to operate safely. Oversee the technical performance of vessel machinery and ensure the fleet is operating in strict regulatory compliance. Accompany internal and external audits, conduct failure investigations, and implement new technical maintenance systems. Control CAPEX, manage maintenance budgets, and negotiate effectively with technical suppliers.
