The Site Superintendent is accountable for the coordination, administration, and site supervision of building construction. The role ensures Bird’s values and business objectives are upheld on site, demonstrates the Bird brand, and creates a respectful and professional environment for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Pre‑Construction Management

• Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the master project schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Develop the Health, Safety, and Environment Plan.
• Review contracts with the Project Manager to confirm scope and schedule feasibility.
• Notify Equipment Management of project requirements and assist in selecting trade subcontractors.
• Conduct constructability reviews to add value to construction execution.
