Superintendent

Position Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, the Superintendent based in Ottawa will be responsible to ensure that projects are completed on schedule in compliance with the contracts, the job cost estimates and all the work is completed safely to acceptable standards of quality and workmanship. The Superintendent will also be responsible for the management of day to day operations in the yard.

What You'll Do Here

• Lead the overall planning and scheduling of projects to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions as required to mitigate risks and delays.
• Coordinate and oversee all project functions, including administration, scheduling, and construction execution.
