Join our exceptional team at the Town of Qualicum Beach! The Town of Qualicum Beach is searching for a dynamic and motivated professional to fill the permanent position of Superintendent of Operations within the Infrastructure Services Department.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations and working closely with the Director of Infrastructure Services, the Superintendent is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Town's Public Works and Parks functions while implementing the operational components of the Town's Asset Management Program. This position translates asset management strategies, maintenance plans, lifecycle programs, and service levels into daily operational activities, ensuring municipal infrastructure and public spaces are maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
